Guest Access:
Entire lower basement apartment. This rental is a private basement apartment located beneath the owners’ primary residence. While the unit has its own separate entrance and living space, the owners live on the upper level. As a result, you may occasionally hear normal household noise (such as footsteps, movement, or water draining from plumbing) between floors. We strive to keep noise to a minimum and appreciate your understanding.


PLEASE NOTE:
The home is located near an active train line. Trains pass by several times during the day and occasionally at night. While many guests find it becomes background noise, those who are light sleepers may notice it more.To help ensure a comfortable stay, we provide complimentary earplugs and sound machines in each bedroom.
To help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, parties and events are not permitted. The property is located in a residential neighborhood. In addition, owners live in the upper level above the basement apartment and kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00PM to 6:00AM. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
